What I worked on.
- Built and maintain the official website and admin dashboard for Kathmandu Metropolitan City, serving 5,000+ weekly active users (Google Analytics) in Nepali and English
- Built 40+ dashboard-managed modules (wards, departments, officials, notices, e-governance services), so city staff publish all content without developer involvement
- Engineered an automatic audit trail that records every database change with actor, IP and user agent for government accountability
- Designed fine-grained RBAC with resource-level and ownership-scoped permissions, restricting each department to its own content
