What I worked on.

Architected a full-stack commerce platform for the Nepali market spanning 20 backend domains, from catalog and cart through inventory, payments and returns
Built end-to-end order fulfilment, taking each order from placement and verification through packing, courier handoff and doorstep delivery, with failed-delivery and return-to-shop handling
Implemented returns and refunds with automatic restocking, plus cash-on-delivery payment tracking including partial refunds
Designed permission-based access control with admin-defined roles and a permission-driven dashboard
Implemented direct-to-storage uploads with presigned Cloudflare R2 URLs that sign content type and size, so storage enforces limits without proxying files through the API
